Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy

All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. This deposit secures your spot in our schedule and covers initial research, strategy, and concept development phases.

Cancellation by Client

You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice via email. Upon cancellation:

  • Before work begins: You will receive a full refund of your deposit minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • After work has begun: The deposit is non-refundable, and you will be billed for any work completed beyond the deposit amount.
  • Near project completion: The full project amount is due for work substantially completed.

Cancellation by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a project. If this occurs, we will refund any payments for services not yet rendered and provide you with any work completed to date.

Refunds for Completed Work

Once final deliverables have been approved and delivered, no refunds are available. We encourage thorough review during the revision process to ensure satisfaction before final approval.

Rescheduling Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are complimentary and can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Repeated no-shows may limit future booking availability.

Project Pauses

If you need to pause a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Projects may be paused for up to 30 days at no additional charge. Extended pauses may require a restart fee and schedule renegotiation.
